Meeting House

To Meeting House, thank you for supporting me through my Property Final of my first year of law school.

From, Kimberly

We found Meeting House, a deep teal, brown and black coffeehouse, right before our finals. It was perfect timing and a perfect place to plant ourselves as the days got shorter and our studies got longer. In one of the pictures, you can even see my property final study materials peeking at the camera, surrounded by the industrial and cute interior.

Being that it was winter, we were aware of the little insulation it has, so don’t forget a coat if it is cold outside. Nevertheless, it is still a good place to study with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. It shines on the seating inside: tables that line with edge of the room, the large wooden middle table and the circle tables in the back.

Later, our most notable adventure to this South Hill gem was on a Sunday. We ordered an iced caramel macchiato which was smooth and perfect and a nitro cold brew w whole milk that was pretty good, and citrusy (slightly sour). We added a chocolate chip cookie that was lovely–soft, sweet and thick. It totaled 17 with tip but without tax, making this place a little on the pricier side.

The lighthearted, quirky and fun staff as well as the cut Christmas decorations really put this experience over the top. You will definitely be seeing us again soon Meeting House.
